What are Cutie Pods?

Cutie Pods are curated laundry capsules designed to make clean feel cute. Each drop features new shapes, colors, and scents. All chosen for their quality, fragrance, and charm.

Every pod we offer is sourced from trusted manufacturers and tested for performance before it’s added to our lineup.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All U.S. orders currently ship free - no code needed.

Are Cutie Pods safe for all washing machines?

Yes. Cutie Pods are compatible with both standard and high-efficiency (HE) machines.

What do they smell like?

The scent is bold, luxe, and long-lasting. One pod is enough to leave your laundry clean, soft, and richly fragranced, no layering needed.

Can I get a refill or subscribe?

Not yet, but we’re working on it. Be sure to sign up for email updates to be the first to know when those options are available.

What if the product sells out?

If this drop reaches its limit, the product will be marked as sold out. You can still sign up to be notified the moment we restock.

Are Cutie Pods safe for sensitive skin?

Cutie Pods are made to deliver a strong, lasting scent, which may not be ideal for those with fragrance sensitivities. If you need a gentler formula, we recommend holding off for now. That said, we’re actively exploring future scent-free or sensitive-skin-friendly options, and we’d love to hear your interest.

Are Cutie Pods safe to use around babies or pets?

Cutie Pods are for household laundry use only and should always be kept out of reach of children and pets. While they are safe for washing baby clothing, we don’t currently recommend them for infant skin sensitivities due to the fragrance strength. A gentler formula may be introduced in the future based on customer demand.

Will more products be launching soon?
