Please make sure you’re confident in your order before checking out. Each product is sourced from trusted vendors, handled with care, and packaged by hand. Every purchase supports our small business as we continue finding and sharing the cutest laundry essentials.

🧼 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right by issuing a refund to your original payment method.

To request a refund:

Email info@cutiepods.com within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Please note: We are not able to send replacements at this time due to limited inventory.

⏳ Shipping & Delays

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
While we aim to ship promptly, occasional delays may occur due to supplier or carrier issues. If that happens, we’ll keep you informed.

We do not offer refunds for standard delays as long as your order is still in progress.
If an extended delay occurs beyond our updated delivery window, we’ll reassess on a case-by-case basis.
